Alright, unfortunately I can't edit any of the permissions settings until the Founder allows for Co-Founders to Edit the "Manage Members" section of the Admin Area.
But, unfortunately, there account is deactivated, so... yeah. Contributors can't be edited. Sorry about that...

Yeah basically if this group is gonna remain active we'll just have to live without being able to edit any of those settings. So if we want to let people submit art, they either have to be a Member or Co-Founder.

I know for a fact that contributors can Accept or Decline incoming art, blogs, etc. They can't submit anything as far as art goes, blogs(journal entries) yes. You would either have to be promoted to Co founder to be able to submit art and have some abilities to modify content of the group. Or demoted to member to only submit art. Hope this helps.
